One thing you should remember when applying for jobs is that not all companies use job boards such as Seek or Gumtree. Using job boards costs money for a business so many of them may resort to advertising their positions directly on their website.
When applying for jobs don't limit yourself to looking in one spot, look on company websites in the career/jobs section. Other places you can look include: Social Media Pages such as LinkedIn or written publications such as newspapers.
