With the unemployment rate at an all time high and a more competitive market, be sure to put in the extra effort and get your CV noticed! Rather than sending a mass email to numerous agencies, or sending the same CV for 4 or 5 different positions, take the time to tailor your CV and apply for specific roles - this is a more personal approach and an effective way of getting you and your CV noticed!
