Have you set your 2019 goals yet? If not, here are some strategies to help you kick off your goals!
- Remember, the pursuit matters just as much as the goal. Instead of focusing on the goal you hope to achieve; consider then why you're pursuing this goal and how the journey to achieve it will help you grow as a person
- Set a goal with the right scope in mind. Set realistic goals that you know you can achieve. Avoid overwhelming yourself with goals that might be too hard to achieve within a timeframe. Start off with achieving something within a smaller time frame, like a month, and build on from there to two, three, four months and etc
- Focus on what you want, not what you don't want
- Don't stop after you've achieved your goal. Create another goal and keep the momentum going
- What matters isn't that the goal is achieved or not achieved; but rather that you grow as a person on the path to achieving it.
