This one takes a bit of thought. Imagine being asked, what you are most proud of in your professional life. What would you like to be able to tell them? Think carefully about how you would answer this. The answer will give you your predominant values.
Usually it is about something achieved that is measurable: I actually achieved something and this is what I achieved. There are some bigger ones: that I made a difference, that I was known for changing the way things happened, or I was well regarded in my company for the stand I took on moral issues. These are the sort of things we want to talk about. I don't know of anyone on their deathbed saying 'I wish I'd spent more time at the office'.
