Introduction/Main duties:
Accio Research Limited is looking for experienced vue.js developers to join our technical team in London. We will use vue.js to revolutionise the game industry. The daily work will include but not limited to developing vue.js specific cli tools to streamline the project creation, code quality control, testing and release, as well as detecting potential RAM and CPU usage problems when implementing animations with heavy data traffic. We won't design and implement the games directly, but the role will be expected to optimise and debugging existing vue.js programmes, so that the user experience in the game can be maximised.

Responsibilities:
· Develop robust, efficient, and scalable web games using Vue.js
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
· Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise
· Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
· Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
· Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
· Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, particularly in the Vue.js ecosystem
· Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements
· Collaborate with the QA team to define and execute comprehensive test plans
· Continuously improve development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9am to 17:30pm with one hour lunch break.
30 annual holidays including public holidays
May be required to work overtime on holidays or at night if requested.
Qualifications and experience required for this role:
· Extensive experience in web application development using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Web-based game development experience is preferred.
· Strong understanding of frontend development principles, including responsive design, user experience, and performance optimization
· Proficient in using Vue.js ecosystem tools such as Vuex, Nuxt.js, Vue Router, and Vue CLI
· Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
· Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
· Familiarity with build tools and module bundlers, such as Webpack and Babel
· Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Vue Test Utils
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team
· At least 5 years frontend or full stack Web development experience in vue.js
