We are seeking skilled and motivated Frontend Developers to join our team.

As a Frontend Developer, your primary responsibility will be to implement and update working code based on general specifications. You will also be involved in analyzing, refactoring, and debugging existing code to ensure its optimal performance. In addition, you will collaborate on front-end systems to enhance their efficiency and contribute to the development of specifications for new APIs, features, and modules.

Work tasks:

Implement and update:

• Working code from general specifications.

• Existing code, including analysing, refactoring and debugging tasks.

• Front end systems to enhance performance.

• Specifications for new APIs.

• New feature and module specifications.

• Automated testing methods.

• Virtual infrastructure.

• Managed code deployment.

• Technical documentation.

• Work with the Buckhill coding standards and programming style guide.

Respond to integration requests from other teams:

• Solutions and Project Management Teams.

• Analyse, diagnose and debug faults, errors and bugs.

Job requirements:

Non-technical knowledge, skills and qualifications:

• Minimum secondary education.

• At least 3 years of work experience.

• Advanced conversational and written English.

• Able to work independently, when it's reasonable to do so.

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Object-oriented programming.

• Programming frameworks, defined within Buckhill coding standards.

• Consumption and creation of APIs (E.G: REST APIs).

• Scripting languages: Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS (SASS)

• RDBMS systems: MySQL databases and query languages associated with SQL databases.

• Version control: GIT.

Additional credit shall be given for knowledge of:

• Basic secure programming protocols.

• Understand and extend existing automated testing methods.

Salary range (gross):

• United Kingdom: £ 37,572.00 - 72,864.00 (Gross, annual)

• Croatia: € 29,460.00 - 57,144.00 (Gross 1, annual), € 2,455.00 - 4,762.00 (Gross 1, monthly)

• Europe, outside of Croatia: € 30,888.00 - 73,236.00 (Gross 2, annual)

• Africa & Sri Lanka: € 30,888.00 - 66,576.00 (Gross 2, annual)

Adjustments to the base salary are made based on the country you are applying from using the cost of living index. A fixed amount will be offered to you based on your interview success and level of experience. This will be reviewed annually with HR and your team lead.
